The team at Baan Klung Jinda has a passion for providing the perfect Thai-style wedding day and reception. The Buddhist based ceremony is one of many religious ceremonies we offer including Christian, Muslim, and Chinese-Phuketian. Guests are escorted throughout decorous areas in the garden as the easy-going day unfolds. The truly elegant and gracefully flowing ceremony is comprised of several stages; traditional Thai long drum procession, Buddhist Praying Ceremony, holy water pouring and bonding ceremony, authentic dance presentation by ladies in spectacular Thai costume wishing good luck, long life and happiness, fresh garlands and sacred white string signifying the union, beautifully decorated garden photo area, tasteful cake cutting session and a voguish champagne toast. Beverage Service Options

1) Strolling Drinks Service featuring trays of cocktails, the drink charges are based on consumption and put into one lump sum. Only fresh bottles will be opened for the party and consumption is charged per open bottle, including mixers. For bottles that are not emptied, the balance remaining will be reimbursed.

2) Wine is one of our specialties, with an extensive selection available and special prices for large consumption. In addition, we have some very fine and reasonably priced Thai wines available from only 950 Baht per bottle.

3) Cash bar; where individual guests pay cash for their drinks upon delivery or at the bar

Food Service Options

1) The superb Buffet; with exotic Thai dishes, east meets west, international and oriental cuisine, there is more than enough variety to please each and every guest while surrounded by fresh tropical flower arrangements. In addition, there is an elaborate Ice carving with salad bar, cold cuts and Thai hors d’ oeuvres, while outside and adjoining the dining room; a barbecue area for satays, Thai-style chicken, pork, and seafood with mild to spicy sauces, all fresh, and all very delicious and generously presented.

Décor
Baan Klung Jinda is already beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed. As far as the décor goes, we can get as fancy as you wish inside and/or in the garden; a long stretching pathway covered with a canopy of flowers, bursting with colours of the rainbow, (or one simple favourite colour), we also create a beautiful archway or columns that will have everyone in awe. We will work with the budget you choose and be happy to give you options from there. With Thailand’s abundant variety of flowers, the outcome is always impressively beautiful.

Transporting you and your guests from your hotel or place of residence can be arranged, a classic car, tuk-tuk, local song-taow or limousine, we can meet your needs. Pricing depends on your individual requirements.

The Treasury Lounge; when you enter Baan Klung Jinda, the journey back in time begins here in the main lounge with elegance, style and extreme comfort awaiting, The Treasury is an ideal setting to enjoy a fresh tropical cocktail or your favourite drink as our house-band sets the mood with their easy style and impressive repertoire. The Treasury Lounge can accommodate up to 35 people.
The Stateroom : Modeled after the original mansion this impressive fine dining area is beautifully designed with a charming and eloquent interior. It serves as a multi-function room and the exterior has a roomy old-style airy terrace with elegant and comfortable seating where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a fine cognac, your favourite cigar and the company of your party in the warm tropical breeze. Inside accommodates up to 40 diners.
The Conservatory : Stepping into the Conservatory reminds one of the lavishly grand Gatsby era where celebrities go - to see and be seen. A decadent yet tasteful ambience complements the exquisite fine dining experience. Decoratively laid out, this glass- enclosed nineteenth century-style dining area also features a welcoming terrace to enjoy the view of the gardens and relax in the tropic air. Very versatile area to transform into stylish functions and events. Accommodates up to 140 diners.

V.I.P. Private Dining Rooms

Tai Pan : Ornately old Chinese style with antiques and paraphernalia spaciously displayed and fashioned after the preferences of China’s powerful tycoons from days gone by. Dining at the traditional round table and lazy Susan, it is true classic Chinese dining. Accommodates up to 10 diners. Menu: Authentic Chinese, dim sum or a la Carte.
Nai Hua : This private dining room is adorned in a traditional Thai-Chinese motif which characterizes Phuketian style featuring historical photos and artifacts of southern Thailand and fashioned as an entrepreneurs ideal venue in which to entertain. Splendid décor accommodating up to 8 diners.
Vimanman : Dining and entertaining in colonial fashion one hundred years ago was elaborate and very stylish. Old Europe is revisited in this well-appointed room with antiques and surroundings from Europe’s yesteryear. Accommodates up to 10 diners. Menu: Western dishes or al a Carte.
Ruen Mai : meaning ‘wooden pavillion’ in Thai, this V.I.P. dining room is exquisite and luxurious, unmistakably and exclusively Thai with a warm décor providing an intimate setting for small groups or couples. Accommodates 10 diners.
Adega Privada: the common name to Portuguese wine connoisseurs for ‘private wine cellar.’ In addition to Baan Klung Jinda’s well-stocked wine cellar, there is also a separate wine sampling & tasting room with personal bottle storage available.

Marriage License Baan Klung Jinda can help you coordinate the paperwork required to hold your ceremony here. Your wedding is official and registered under Thai law. We also arrange for Buddhist monks and officiators to this wonderfully elegant and traditional ceremony.
